Fees for all registrations mentioned below, include 19% Dutch VAT. Please consider early booking for a lower registration fee.

Author registration
To ensure that their material is included in the final programme and the book of abstracts accepted presenters should register no later than Friday May 1st 2010. After May 1st 2010 non-registered presentations will be withdrawn from the symposium programme.
The symposium registration fee includes:
- Access to all symposium sessions
- Access to poster and exhibit areas
- Abstract book available at the symposium and symposium documentation
- A special issue of Food Quality and Preference available in 2011
- Lunch and mid-session refreshments as scheduled in the preliminary programme
- Drinks reception and buffet dinner on Sunday 26 July 2009
- Conference dinner on Tuesday
Payments
After receiving your registration we will mail you payment details.
Payment can be made by credit card through a secure internet link (preferred mode) or by bank transfer.
Payment confirmation along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air) mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration seven days prior to the event, please contact the Symposium Secretariat.
Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise the Symposium Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Symposium Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by May 30 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by June 20 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 20 June 2009, or for no-shows at the conference, but the full fee will be payable.
In the unlikely event that the Sensometric Society shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. The Sensometric Society shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
Changes
Details are correct at time of going to print. The Sensometric Society reserves the right to change any session in the final programme.
Photography
Please be advised that no photography or video/sound recording of conference presentations is allowed to take place during the conference.
